What you send me
Leases, amendments, exhibits, general ledger exports, and whatever contact details you give me by email.
What it's used for
Building your recovery profile and running your reconciliation. Nothing else. It isn’t used to train a shared model, sold, or shown to anyone outside this engagement.
Redaction is fine
Tenant names, rents, and addresses can be blacked out before you send anything — the recoverable-expense clauses are what I need, and a redacted document works just as well for a free profile.
How it's processed
Documents are read using commercial AI infrastructure (Anthropic’s API) under its standard business terms — not the free consumer product, and not used to train Anthropic’s models.
Retention
Documents and profiles are kept for as long as needed to deliver the engagement and support a possible tenant audit later, and deleted on request once that’s no longer relevant.
Who sees it
Just me. There’s no team, no outsourced processing, no subprocessor beyond the AI infrastructure above.
